ERP Implementation: common questions
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on modules, users and the amount of process mapping. Each of the five steps has a defined output, and the timeline is agreed after discovery rather than promised before it.
Who from our side needs to be involved?
The owner or a director for decisions, one process owner per department for mapping and UAT, and an internal coordinator. Their time is the biggest factor in speed.
Is remote implementation possible?
Most of the work is remote. On-site days for discovery, training or go-live are planned and priced explicitly.
