What we collect

When you submit a form on this website (enquiry, demo request, brochure or checklist download, process audit or pricing request) we collect the details you enter: name, company, work email, phone, city, business type, approximate employees, current software, number of users, primary challenge, modules of interest and any message. We also record the page you submitted from, the page you landed on, the referring site and any campaign parameters in the URL, so we know how you found us.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, send the resource you requested and follow up about ClassicNext ERP. We do not sell or rent your details. We do not send marketing you have not asked for; you can ask us to stop at any time by emailing classicnext@allusign.com.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet owned by ClassicNext and emailed to our sales inbox. Access is limited to the people who handle enquiries.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Tag Manager to load analytics and conversion tags. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. The site also uses browser storage to remember that you have already sent an enquiry, so the popup does not ask again, and to keep campaign attribution for your visit. No personal data is stored in the browser beyond that.

Third-party services

Demo bookings use Google Calendar appointment scheduling; the details you enter there are governed by Google’s privacy policy. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp on your device.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent to be contacted, by emailing classicnext@allusign.com. We respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
