ERP for signage companies

Signage ERP software: tender, production, installation and finance on one platform

ClassicNext is an ERP for signage manufacturers, digital signage and LED integrators and branding companies. It links tender tracking, BOQ and estimation, quotations, project-linked procurement, production job cards, installation scheduling, billing, collections and AMC, so the owner sees the whole job, not five versions of it.

  • Signage manufacturers
  • Digital signage companies
  • LED and display integrators
  • Branding rollout companies
  • Exhibition and stall fabricators
  • Printing and signage businesses
  • MSMEs on Excel + Tally + WhatsApp

Why ERP

Why signage businesses need an ERP, not another spreadsheet

A signage company is a sales business, a manufacturing business, a logistics business and a site-services business at once. Each part has its own tool today. The gap between them is where margin, time and customer confidence disappear.

  1. 01

Every job is custom: sizes, materials, finishes and sites differ, so a generic order-to-cash flow does not fit.

  2. 02

Money is committed early: material is bought and cut before the customer PO is even amended.

  3. 03

The same project touches sales, design, purchase, factory, dispatch, installation and accounts.

  4. 04

Multi-site rollouts multiply every document by the number of stores.

  5. 05

Tenders and retention money mean cash comes months after the work.

  6. 06

AMC and warranty obligations continue long after the invoice is paid.

Operational problems

Common operational problems in signage companies

  • !

Quotations take days and margins are guessed

Estimates are rebuilt in Excel each time. Rates are stale, the last revision is lost, and the margin is whatever survived negotiation.

  • !

Purchases are not tied to projects

ACP, acrylic, LED modules and vinyl are bought against a job name on WhatsApp. Consumption per project is never known; duplicate buying is common.

  • !

Production status lives with one supervisor

Sales promises dispatch dates without seeing factory load. The office finds out about delays from the customer.

  • !

    Installation is tracked on calls

Teams are sent by phone, completion is a photo on WhatsApp, and billing waits because nobody is sure the site is done.

  • !

Accounts do not know the project

Tally records the invoice and the expense but not which project they belong to. Project profitability is a debate, not a report.

  • !

    Management reports arrive late

Pipeline, outstanding, stock and production are compiled from five sources on Monday and are stale by Tuesday.

FAQ

ERP for signage: common questions

Is ClassicNext only for large signage companies?

No. The Foundation package is built for businesses moving off Excel and Tally with a handful of ERP users. Modules are added as the business grows, on the same platform.

Can it handle multi-site rollout projects with hundreds of stores?

Yes. A rollout is configured as a parent project with per-site sub-projects or tasks, each carrying its own BOQ, dispatch, installation status and billing. This structure is set up during process mapping.

Do you support tender management?

Tenders are tracked as a configured opportunity type in CRM with deadline, documents, eligibility and submission status. Full e-procurement portal integration is not included.

How long does an implementation take?

It depends on modules, users and how much process mapping is needed. The five-step method is designed so each step has a defined output; a realistic timeline is agreed after the discovery call.

What does it cost?

Packages start from ₹2.95 lakh plus GST for Foundation ERP. Final pricing depends on modules, number of users, locations, integrations, data migration and customisation, and is confirmed after scoping.

Can it integrate with WhatsApp or biometric attendance?

Both are integrations that are scoped and priced separately once the device or API is confirmed. They are not part of the base packages.

Does it work for digital signage and LED integrators?

Yes. Bought-out screens, players and mounts are tracked by serial number, assembled and tested against the site list, and installed assets under AMC are tracked for service.
