About ClassicNext

General

What is ClassicNext?

ClassicNext is an ERP for signage, retail branding, large-format printing, fabrication and project-based manufacturing businesses. It covers finance, CRM, sales and procurement, HR and payroll, manufacturing, projects, service and assets on one platform.

Who is it for?

Owners, directors and operations heads of businesses that win a job, estimate it, buy for it, make it, deliver it to a site and bill it. Typically MSMEs moving off Excel, Tally, WhatsApp and email, or replacing an ERP that was never adopted.

Do we have to take all eight modules?

No. Foundation ERP starts with Finance, CRM, Sales and Procurement and basic Projects. Modules are added on the same platform when you are ready.

Is it cloud or on-premise?

ClassicNext is a web application accessed from a browser. Hosting options, including on-premise deployment, are discussed and priced in the proposal. On-site server deployment is scoped separately.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on modules, users and how much process mapping is needed. The five-step method gives each step a defined output; the timeline is agreed after the discovery call.

What does it cost?

Packages start from ₹2.95 lakh plus GST. Final pricing depends on modules, number of users, locations, integrations, data migration and customisation.

Can it be customised?

Most signage workflows are configured with standard tools: statuses, approvals, print formats, dashboards. Genuinely new functionality is custom development, scoped and priced separately.

Does it integrate with WhatsApp, biometric devices or the GST portal?

These are integrations, scoped and priced separately once the device or API is confirmed. Email notifications and GST-ready invoicing are standard.

What about data migration from Tally or Excel?

Master data and opening balances are included in every package using templates we provide. Historical transaction-level migration is scoped separately.

What support do we get after go-live?

Every implementation includes a hyper-care window. After that, support and AMC plans cover user help, configuration changes, upgrades and health checks.

Is our data ours?

Yes. It lives in your ClassicNext instance under permissions you control, and can be exported in standard formats at any time.

Can we see it before we decide?

Yes. Book a 30-minute fitment call: we look at your process and show the modules that matter to you on realistic data.

Pricing and scope

Why 'starting from' and not a fixed price?

Two signage businesses with the same turnover can need very different implementations: one has a single factory and bills per project, another runs 200-store rollouts with tenders and AMC. The starting price covers a defined scope; the final quote is built from your process maps after the discovery call.

Is there a separate licence or subscription cost?

The packages above are implementation packages. Hosting, support plans and any per-user or subscription components are quoted alongside them so you see the total cost of ownership before you decide. Ask for the full breakdown on the fitment call.

What if we only need two modules today?

Start with Foundation ERP and the modules you need. Because all eight modules share the same platform, adding Manufacturing or HR later is an extension of the same system, not a new implementation.

Are WhatsApp, biometric or GST portal integrations included?

No. Integrations are scoped and priced separately, per integration, once we have confirmed the device or API involved. We say so upfront so there are no surprises after go-live.

How is data migration handled?

Master data (customers, suppliers, items, employees) and opening balances are part of every package, using templates we provide. Migrating years of historical invoices or ledgers is possible but is scoped separately because the effort depends entirely on the quality of the source data.

What are the payment terms?

Payment is milestone-based and tied to the implementation steps. The exact schedule is part of the proposal.
