Case studies
How ClassicNext implementations are documented
We publish a case study only when the customer has approved the name, the numbers and the quote. Until then, references are shared on the fitment call. Here is exactly what every published case study contains.
The framework
Twelve fields, none optional
A case study without a measured outcome is a testimonial. A measured outcome without customer approval is a claim. Every ClassicNext case study carries all twelve fields below.
- 01Customer
- Named only with written approval; otherwise described by type and region.
- 02Industry
- Signage, retail branding, printing, fabrication or project manufacturing.
- 03Business size
- Employees, locations, users, only if the customer approves.
- 04Problem
- What was not visible or not working, in the owner’s words.
- 05Existing process
- The tools and hand-offs before ClassicNext.
- 06ClassicNext implementation
- Timeline and the five steps as they ran.
- 07Modules used
- Which of the eight modules went live.
- 08Customisations
- What was configured, what was custom, what was integrated.
- 09Before
- The process as it was, documented during discovery.
- 10After
- The process as it runs now.
- 11Measured outcome
- Only figures the customer has verified and approved for publication.
- 12Customer quote
- Attributed, approved in writing.
